Respond quickly to all emergency situations. typically within minutes of any alarm soundings,and deflect concerns and issues, inspect and adjust security systems equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering. report all fire hazards and safety violations.

Write reports in the daily communication logbook, patrol the building grounds avery hour to ensure the safety of the staff and residents. daily activities, and irregularities such as property damage.

Interact with other emergency personnel i.e. Police,Fire Dept. and EMTs.

Oversee the building and grounds maintenance, and produces clean, safe, in attractive common areas, including restrooms and parking lots; i.e.

Assist lower level maintenance employees in keeping all equipment in good repair and regularly services.

Report any unusual conditions or malfunction to the maintenance director.

Periodically tour the facility and grounds examine doors, windows and ensure proper working order.

Dispose of Hazardous waste, move furniture, and equipment. Refill necessary dispensers, and track cleaning supplies. Corrective action to repair defects or remove disinfectants, detergents, and soaps according to application instruction, sweep ,mop, wax floors and surfaces.
