Armed with a kaleidoscope of expertise in systems engineering, IT, project management, and INTEL, I am multi-functional and able to perform at the technical and executive levels. Problem resolution and making things happen are my mantras; plan the future, by managing today! Currently employed as a part-time Annuitant with the Dept of State, and possess a Top Secret SCI (Scattered Castles and JPAS) clearance. Polygraph dtd 1997/98. Highly motivated, detail and results oriented, self starter with excellent customer service and management skills. 30 years International experience across four continents. with the Dept of State (DoS), Lockheed Martin, The United States Air Force and NATO. I am innovative, resourceful, adaptable, flexible, and while not a translator, speak, read, write German and French well. Able to travel globally.

As IMO collaborated with contractors, facilities, logistics, technicians at Regional Information Management Centers (RIMC), Regional Security Officers, embassy management, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure construction projects were started and completed on time, within budget and without risk to personnel, systems, networks, and facilities. Coordinate secure container shipments and control materials for projects. Installed systems in controlled access areas and managed teams, resources, equipment, software, architecture design including demarcation points for telephone and networks, satellite systems, fiber and copper to bring meaningful solutions to the user. Developed SOP's and security policies for operations and embassy staff to minimize risk to personnel, equipment and facilities. As RIMC Chief of Operations and Regional ISSO, conducted inspections of networks, security operations and COMSEC accounts at embassies.
