Scheduling bulk and bagged feed to be produced.

Ordering and keeping knowledgeable count of 100+ ingredients used in mixing feed.

Keeping track of finished feeds on the floor and sending in orders to the mill when we need to replenish our floor stock inventory.

Entering in BOL of bagged feed ingredients.

Watching over 3 forklift operators and assigning and making sure they get their tasks done on a daily basis.

Loading/Unloading van trailers, box trucks and flat bed trailers/trucks.

Taking bagged ingredients up to the mixers throughout the day.

Moving finished feed from bagging lines to corresponding warehouses.

Loading 20-60 customers a day with a range of 2 bags of feed to 2-5 ton of feed.

Started as pizza maker, moved up to night manager after 4 years. Spent final 4.5 years as the daytime manager. Which included mixing dough, shredding cheese and cleaning oven every morning, and then making sure all food orders were done in a timely matter during the lunch hour. Had my own keys to the business final 5 years of work.
