Installed door hinges, doors, hoods, fenders, and door fit. Responsible for securing hinge bolts, door nuts, hood nuts, and fender bolts specific to the S.O.S. for each job.
Worked on the door assembly sub line, hood assemblysub line, and fender assembly sub line. Sub line responsibility was to ensure each door, hood, and fender was built to completion, with no dents or dings.
Fit doors, hoods, and hatches to the body of all 6 models to the specifications of each S.O.S., ensuring quality work leaving my area.
Maintained a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
I am currently working in Trim Fits, as a part of Body Shop, fitting all closures on all current models before going into Pre Delivery Inspection.
I am also, currently, a part of Body Shop Total Production Maintenance activities as a level 5 technician during non-production hours. My level 5 qualification consists of basic robotics and minor repairs on consumable parts that get worn on a daily basis. I'm authorized to make certain changes within certain programs where necessary. I'm able to perform touch-ups to tip dress positions as well as weld positions.
