• Implemented the Army Safety & Health Management System creating a culture promoting zero preventable harm. As a result Tripler Army Medical Center received its first Safety Star accommodation (Sept 2018).
• Built strong interdepartmental relations improving Safety, Communications & Efficacy supporting priorities of High Reliability Organizations
• Led Organization consolidation and updating of Quality and Safety regulations to reflect current best practices. Decrease in safety violations by 15% in first year
• Chief Advisor responsible for training & evaluating medical personnel on WMD/CBRN response, HAZMAT procedures, casualty process, EMS services & compliance with Federal /State regulatory guidelines.

Led a Multi-Component Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB) consisting of 104 Staff Members and 120 wounded Warriors in Transition. (40-60 Hrs/Wk)

Led Nursing activities impacting Surgical & Medical Services in a 193 bed tertiary care facility with a $5.3M operating budget servicing 125K+ annual visits. (40-60 Hrs/Wk)

• Led a team of 500+ professional and paraprofessional's in ten departments consisting of eighteen surgical specialty clinics & fourteen outpatient clinics

• Led all professional development and education through didactic and clinical activities with a thorough analysis and management of the curriculum

Led the Academic Support Division & the National Registry Emergency Medical Technician course for the second largest military Occupational Skill producing school (Healthcare Specialist) (40-60 Hrs/Wk)
