Over the past 15 years, I've built a career out of removing obstacles-whether that means helping a colleague get back to work faster, designing identity workflows at scale, or building IT infrastructure from the ground up for a growing business. I started as the "one-man IT shop" at small companies where I wore every hat, and now I bring that same ownership mindset to a global enterprise at Dropbox, where I specialize in Identity and Access Management using Okta and Sailpoint. What drives me is creating clarity out of complexity-translating technical systems into human solutions that just work. I care deeply about the experience people have with technology, and I believe good IT is invisible: it empowers without interruption.
