• - Creation and Revision of Work Instructions and In-Process Inspections for use on the shop floor.

• - Ensuring compliance to all aspects of the ISO/AS9100 specification.
• - Creation and Revisions to Quality Policy Manual and Procedures.
• - Working closely with Customers to resolve any issues with product.
• - Single Point of Contact for all Internal and External Customer Audits.
• - Managed a cross functional team performing Material Review Board duties, including Quality Clinic.
