I am a dedicated service technician that focuses on customer outcomes first and foremost. I enjoy customer equipment setups, getting to know the customers needs and focusing on desired outcomes. Skilled in mentoring and training of young technicians and students by helping them define their personal goals and creating the path to achieve those goals through hands on experience . Known for my relationship building, training, and speaking to small groups, I am our shop managers choice for the mentoring of new technicians as well as recruitment of new, young talent to add to our shop. Focused on development of practical skills through hands on training and coursework keeps me eager to learn and teach.

My ability to foster and build relationships will play a central role in creating new and updating existing product trainings that are relevant to the technicians that participate. Reaching across multiple teams to gather that information and solutions will be key for the success of those trainings.
