Customer-facing position responsible for managing the seamless flow of customers and vehicles through the store. This role acts as the central communication hub that connects customers, the sales team, and the service bay technicians. The primary goal is to ensure an efficient, organized, and exceptional customer service experience from arrival to departure.

• Customer Intake & Greeting: Greeting all customers upon arrival and guide them through the initial service process. Accurately gather and log vehicle information, service requests, and customer details into the internal system.
• Workflow Management: Manage the store's appointment schedule and walk-in queue to ensure an even and efficient distribution of work to the service technicians. Proactively monitor the status of all vehicles in the bay.
• Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers waiting for service. Provide accurate and timely updates on service progress, estimated completion times, and any necessary changes. Relate information between the customer and the sales associates/technicians.
• Administrative Support: Prepare, process, and organize all necessary documentation, including work orders, invoices, service checklists, and warranty paperwork. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and waiting area.
• Problem Resolution: Address and attempt to resolve minor customer concerns, scheduling conflicts, or service delays in a professional manner, escalating complex issues to management quickly.

Sales Associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing product knowledge to drive sales, and assisting with the daily operations of the store.

• Engage customers immediately, warmly, and knowledgeably, offering assistance throughout the store.
• Proactively sell products by effectively communicating features, benefits, and usage instructions, focusing on feed, supplements, tools, and seasonal items.
• Provide expert advice on animal nutrition (e.g., horse, poultry, cattle, small animals), pet supplies, lawn care, and gardening products.
• Receive, unload, stock and deliver bags of feed, hay, and other merchandise.
• Assist customers with loading items into their vehicles.
• Ensure the sales floor, shelves, and display areas are clean, well-stocked, clearly priced, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or popular item needs to the store manager.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security checks.
