Started out with CCW back in 2021 at the Dirksen location as a Prep and was able to move up into the Team Leader position within a few months.
Within my first year with the company I was offered an opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at our Decatur location. I accepted to position and moved to Decatur shortly there after.
As ASM I was able to show my ability to properly train and grow my staff members.
Was eventually offer an opportunity to move to Arkansas to assist my Regional Manager in opening 9 new sites we had acquired in the state as we began to break ground out there.
August of 2022 I made the move to Arkansas and got my first taste of what it means to be an Area Manager.
I oversaw and assisted with hiring staff for multiple locations at once. Working on training the new staff at multiple locations. Would travel to multiple locations each day when needed to assist in whatever task was asked of or needed from me.
Learned to create schedules for multiple sites.
Eventually became a GM of my own location, Walton, and opened in November of 2022.
Was able to train up multiple employees that have moved up to becoming GM's of a few different locations in the Arkansas area.
Learned what it means to be a General Manager for CCW and all the responsibilities that come with it.
Did well with maintaining a healthy capture rater at my store.
Did well maintaining the labor, consistently hitting 9 Cars/ManHr or greater.
Kept a very clean store and always got good complements on that from my superiors whenever they made a visit to the store.
Eventually in September of 2023 I moved into the role of Training Team member.
Since joining the TT I've gotten to travel and train staff in 5 different states.
As a TT member my responsibilities were to help open new stores or assist in helping existing locations in whatever way required.
I was responsible to training all staff members from Preps to GMs. Teaching how to prep, how to operate the sales booth, tunnel equipment knowledge, backroom knowledge, chemical knowledge, how to maintain a clean store and holding the company policies.
Managed and motivated employees to be productive and engaged in work.
Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members.
Onboarded new employees with training and new hire documentation.
Cross-trained existing employees to maximize team agility and performance.
Developed a strong company culture focused on employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities.
