- I oftentimes crochet when I need to de-stress. It helps me to unwind after a long day, plus it has the added bonus of keeping me warm in the winter.
- There are a few acres of woodlands behind my house, and I take nearly every available opportunity to meander through them and ponder along the way. I love to spot and attempt to identify different wildlife species as I go along. For me, going into the woods as a kind of physical meditation; I feel immensely calmer after a stroll amongst the trees, plants and critters that dot the land.
