- I've played a pivotal role in the scheduling, installation, training, and integration of WISP and FTTH gear.
- Improved overall efficiency by identifying areas in need of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- I had a major hand in testing and turning up our Nokia multi-gig ports in our PON cabinets in Hickman/Gage County was a particularly gratifying experience, witnessing the significant data throughput firsthand (10 gig through my laptop).

- I created and implemented company wide a note template/ picture template that could be used in any state, any area, any gear.
- Analyzing data and retesting of jobs deemed "no line of site" were retested and gained the company an additional $60,000 (residually).
- With team members we built the QSE tracker (Quality, Safety, Efficiency). This tracker was made to easily identify issues with technicians, test knowledge, No line of site in specific areas we may need coverage, and who was doing quality work while being productive.
- When I moved on from this position we had a team of 3 checking around 60-70% of completed jobs from all states.

- Led a team dedicated to expanding and developing this area, overseeing their training to ensure adherence to Nextlink standards.
- I helped tower acquisitions in securing around 15 towers—I understood my area would not grow without adding additional towers.
- Engaged with infrastructure and construction teams to broaden my understanding of their daily operations to fill any gaps they had issues with.
- It was fulfilling to see the towers I helped sign, site-walk, and stake successfully erected and operational, with my technician’s installing equipment upon completion.

- I started out on the residential side of installation then worked my way up to business/commercial installer.
- Shortly after joining Nextlink I became tower certified to do tower installs and ended up doing commercial installs before being promoted to Supervisor.

- I had very strict safety rules and regulations here that I had to follow while getting my installs done in a timely manner
- This job really opened to door for me into anything I would consider telecom related so while my tenure here was on the shorter side I did learn a lot here.
