The main link from supplier to customer (FORD) with 100% guarantee of material readiness and timely shipments with zero discrepancy resulting 100% of customer satisfaction.

• Utilizing customer portals to determine shortages, pilot, launch parts, and critical & JIT shipments.
• Analyzing mostly traditional EDI and in some cases XML format EDI to be used in scheduling daily and forecasted plant needs.
• Heavily assisting in Launch program for FORD by creating and closely following new ECO's from beginning to end to ensure PPAP approval.
• Assisting in Procurement of new carriers to be utilized in already established shipping lanes or new lanes. (i.e.. closing)
• Tracking and creating processes for dunnage returns, housing of dunnage, repairing of dunnage, and ordering dunnage to ensure 100% fleet readiness.

Built from the ground up the "Spare Parts" program to be utilized in connection with First Solar's "Partical Target" which consisted of high impact parts from Germany specifically designed for the target machine.

• Evaluation of needs over a 3 month period which lead to the standard minimal parts on hand expected.
• Using POH metric, I was able to build an off site inventory with a safety stock with continual flow of parts with little to no down time from Germany to the US.
• Inventoried over 130 sku's to support the program.
• Closely monitoring and reporting cost between First Solar, and Germany by keeping a tight and accurate record of Inventory value, part cost, transportation cost, taxes, nafta (when applicable), and currency conversion.
