Cody Wilburn

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to CNC machines: including Mazak, Okuma, Star, Haas, Brother, Doosan lathes/mills.
• Maintain and repair testing cells, Inspection machines
• Performing weekly cleanings and checks on Aqueous Ultrasonic Cleaning System, weekly checks on RO system
• Distributions include Auto Store, robots, conveyor systems and packaging equipment
• Working in and out of a level five clean room ensuring proper PPE in preformed
• Maintain and repair anodizing line ensuring proper PPE is performed
• Responsible for contacting contractors, researching and purchasing of all needed repair parts and working directly with engineers on installation projects.

• Maintain and repair high pressure casting machines: UBE's and Toshibas
• Clean and repair furnace systems Include Melting furnace, holding furnace, launder systems
• Maintain and repair, reteach positions on a Motoman Six Axis Robot

performing daily checks on the machines and inspecting parts for good quality
