As an Associate Merchant Operations controller I am responsible for dispatching generation and following our Misso Day Ahead Awards.

We daily insure that offers are updated in a timely and accurate manor, updating in real time when things change.

A dedicated logging of all actions taken with detail and reasoning behind choices made is vital.

Using our SCADA we are monitoring that units are following base-points and when needed calling in additional resources.

Following EOPs and being prepared to implemented LMRs is another pertinent job aspect.

• My role as the Club Manager is to complete daily operations of the club and keep everything running smoothly. While working I am responsible for making sure all of our club members feel they are experiencing the best possible gym experience. I answer the phone, clean, give tours, take on customer concerns, address billing issues, use sales pitches and upselling, and open and close the store each day. I typically work alone and must be able to think quickly in problem solving. In this role I am also responsible for multitasking and utilizing prioritization an everyday basis.

• As an ABA technician I work with children of all ages who are on the autism spectrum. Skills which are taught may be living skills or academic. In the clinic we work in a fast paced environment and have very specific plans to follow. Time management and professionalism is a must in this field. The needs of each individual varies and it is very important to review their cases before each session. Compassion, understanding, and patience is also a key part of this role. The work is very rewarding and seeing clients succeed is what we strive toward each day.

• As a full time Youth Specialist I worked on the detention unit of the youth home. Our mission statement is 'ensuring the safety of the community, by investing in the lives of detained youth' something that our team strives for each and everyday. As a Youth Specialist I had to take on a variety of different tasks and challenges regularly, including crisis intervention, counseling, and teaching positive life skills to the youth under our care.
