I've used a wide range of methods to evaluate their progress including written exams and lab practicals. I'm detail oriented and passionate with extensive knowledge in various subjects, qualifying two courses that would directly lead to the sailor bettering our fleet. I've cultivated positive relationships with students to enhance participation and increase overall success, leading to all student critiques being above standards.
As a fire control technician I have troubleshot and repaired equipment onboard an SSBN submarine vital to national security. Also i have removed and replaced electrical equipment that interfaced with other systems with zero deficiencies. I was able to qualify network administrator allowing me to identify potential network security risks. As a petty officer second class I was put in charge of a division to operate and maintain tactical control systems ensuring our tactical readiness was always at an all time high. I was also the dedicated system matter expert for our weapons systems, ensuring that the installation and testing was done in a timely manner with zero deficiencies. I've mentored junior sailors, resulting in them advancing to the next pay grade furthering their career in the US Navy.
