• Accountable to Rockwell Automation's customers for the quality and regulatory compliance of all products, services and solutions they receive from RA. In the latest annual Customer Experience survey conducted by Burke, RA achieved a customer perceived quality index that is well within the entitlement range (8.6-8.8) based on like industries as published by the Corporate Executive Board.
• Responsible for the development and execution of all related strategies ensuring best-in-class quality across the lifecycle of RA's products, services and solutions. RA's total incurred warranty dollars as a percentage of sales is well under the entitlement of 0.5% (data from studies conducted by Gartner of like industry).

Accountable for the profit and loss of the businesses within scope including the following responsibilities:

• All aspects of legal entity management of RA' Asia Pacific Bussines Center in Singapore
• Financial planning, execution, reporting and compliance
• Business strategies and execution
• Product development and life cycle management
• Engineering and Manufacturing operations
