Documenting seal failure or stress cracks for replacement

Diagnosing functions of operating in the window that can lead to a broken bouncer a clip or the sash not be sitting in the foot positions, causing the bouncer to not operate correctly.

Diagnosing improper installation on doors or windows and adjusting on site if able to. Adjusting PGT sliding glass doors, replacing wheels, mortise locks, or providing from raised to recessed handles. Also cutting in recess handles on site when accidentally ordered from factory wrong or change product after installation.

Replacing broken marble solves that are cracked on the install windows.

Minor drywall repair and texture

Custom trim outs around doors after insulation or windows being casted out.

Stocking inventory, prepping product and checking it before sent out to the field.
