• 2013-2016, 2ND DEGREE BLACK BELT, DONGS KARATE, Achieved six more levels of advanced martial arts training prior to achieving a second-degree black-belt, including sword technique and knife/firearm disarmament.

• 2019-2020, VOLUNTEER, POWHATAN VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD. Provided patient care under the supervision of a professional paramedic to better understand medical care and transport.
• 2019-2020, VOLUNTEER, PRINCE GEORGE FIRE AND EMS. Completed ride-alongs under the supervision of a professional paramedic. Received instruction on IV insertion and providing a basic vital check.
