• Provide operational leadership for a company that offers industry-leading car rental management software and fleet management tracking tools
• Manage over $1 million in hardware and software assets in support of 126 employees, 2 buildings, and 2 datacenters
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on evolving business needs; involved in all planning phases including conducting current state assessments, performing gap analytics and determining timelines and budgets
• Establish new standards and procedures that streamline interactions and communication across teams to support disaster recovery, process improvement, and improved operational stability
• Manage Disaster Recovery operations including project build-outs, testing, monitoring, and purchasing requirements; define emergency response actions/escalation procedures and coordinate appropriate IT responses
• Accountable for building security system, tracking employee building access and managing relationship with the security system monitoring company Review and verify purchase options for equipment and technical services for IT, Development and general purposes
• Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion
• Worked with vendors to negotiate $300,000+ in software and hardware renewal cost savings over 3 years Project managed a multi-phase production hardware upgrade for a primary data center costing $500,000
• SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and renewals, and liaising with Accounting, Development, Support and IT

• Managed Disaster Recovery planning and implementations for 2 off-site data centers
• Set overall direction of data center IT infrastructure protocols in accordance with established policies, goals and objectives
• Oversaw the planning and execution of data center projects including infrastructure upgrades, implementation of network/software solutions and general maintenance
• Managed end-to-end project development from planning through completion including coordinating resources, establishing milestones and delivering projects on-budget; kept abreast of new developments and innovations in IT system advancements
• Built and maintained IT support structure and fortified internal systems to ensure uninterrupted IT services Created and maintained current all documentation and processes related to network and infrastructure
