- My obligations on a day to to day basis would consist of prepping carbon steel tube's to be welded, such as i would grab a wire wheel and take the mill scale off and any impurities that may result in a faulty weld after I would finish with making all the necessary welds on each tube and I would follow that up with taking a wire wheel and clean the welds to have it ready to send it down the line. I also would jump from station from time to time helping coworkers if I would have any down time to learn other stations and to just keep myself busy.
