I am a foreman at Western Steel Erectors my company specialize in cell tower construction but we are not limited by just cellular work. my company works in all fields of construction from dirt work to demo. I have been working for Wester Steel for Three Years in october. my job in this company is to manage my crew threw the work day and get the project at hand finish. I have learned a lot from people management skills to being efficient at the task given. Threw my company they have taught me how to run heavy equipment how to do dirt work electrical and demo.
