-Daily over the phone/in-person communication with dispatchers/customers, use of service software on phone/laptop to navigate/complete service calls.

-Troubleshoot, Repair, Maintain and Service various residential/light commercial HVAC systems.

-Performe Combustion Analysis on gas/oil systems and Leak checked condenser/evaporators/and line sets.

-Replace condenser fan/indoor blower motors, evaporator/condenser coils, service valve replacements, txv’s, compressors, accumulators, heat exchangers, draft inducer motors, gas valves, circuit boards, capacitors, contactors, refrigerant/gas leak repairs and much more.

-Use of tools such as Electrical multi-meter, analog/digital gauges, combustion analyzer, refrigerant/gas leak detector, refrigerant recovery machine/cylinder, blower puller, oxygen/acetylene torches, psychrometer and much more.

-Light experience in Boiler service/rapairs.

-Light experience in BAS, chillers, and geothermal/water cooled&heated equipment.

-Repair, Maintain and Service various residential/light commercial HVAC systems.

-High/low voltage wiring.

-Start systems up and check operations such as electrical amp drawls, refrigerant pressures, superheat/subcool and indoor supply/return temperature drops.

-Recovered refrigerant from existing units with recovery machine/ recovery cylinder.

-Disconnected/removed existing residential HVAC systems and installed new.
