Started my career with Banner Health at the Poison Control Center. Providing information regarding bites and stings, general household ingestions, and pill identifications, Then transferred to the Transfer Center. I sought bed placement for behavioral health patients. Assisted in getting patients transferred from one facility to another. Arraigned transportation for patients. I also worked for case management as a case management assistant. Making arraignments for post acute care services and equipment.

• Answered telephone calls to offer office information, answer questions, and direct calls to staff.
