- Turf Staff responsibilities include mowing and preparing playing facilities for games, painting and repairing surfaces, repacking mounds and high wear areas with clay for baseball and softball, placing & removing tarps on fields and other miscellaneous jobs

- Intern duties included spraying and granular spreading on fairways, tees, approaches, rough and fescue
- I also hand watered greens or wherever else was needed
- Any irrigation fix or break I was apart of either assisting or completing the fix myself
- Throughout the week and day to day operations I was able to roll greens, preparing greens, course setup, miscellaneous mowing or whatever else might need to be completed for the day
- I also was able to topdress, aerate, setup and check mowers, prepare for sod and new tee construction, meet with our chemical representatives and equipment representatives for orders or certain questions, attend green committee meetings, and member tournament meetings
- At the end of each day the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents met to write up the job board and talk about the day and some of our objectives for the next day

- Greenskeeper responsibilities included course setup, mowing and rolling playing surfaces, hand watering, making irrigation adjustments according to weather conditions, bunker repairs and maintenance, assisting the mechanic with projects, managing the crew
- Also fertilization applications, topdressing, aerating, sod and overseeding and any other miscellaneous jobs
- Meetings with Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent about jobs and objectives we were trying to reach, in addition to tournament experience with the annual Women's Collegiate tournament
