I have been working in different trades fields since I was 17, though the experiences has varied widely, I am looking to find a technical career path that engages me mentally and allows me to expand my skills while still working with my hands.
Thank you for your consideration.

During and after Covid I helped remodel, repair, and install new equipment into restaurant. Since then I've continued to move around working with various restaurants, both old and new, to help them install equipment and solve existing problems. Almost every day on the job requires learning about new situations and analyzing how they can be changed with the right application of equipment based on infrastructure. Everything from Point of Sale systems to trouble shooting gas lines.

Originally working part time while I was starting to go back to college, I've maintained a relationship with the employer and still pick up gigs with them doing general semi-technical labor such as basic wiring, framing, drywall, tiling, etc.

Here I helped establish and optimize a large scale kitchen that shared space with an even larger brewery. Though I had been brought on originally to help with a labor shortage I was retained to help troubleshoot both equipment and procedures.
During this time I was better suited for general consulting and installation work than a life in kitchens.
