Onboarding Employees
-Oversee background check processes, making sure employees are submitting necessary identification materials for administering criminal background checks.
-Prepare employee handbooks, assist employees in navigating payroll access accounts, (TCP) and educate staff on accrual forecast for sick, personal, FMLA, and vacation time.
HR procedures
-Execute and schedule workplace training programs: Collect and receive employee training certificates and accredited signatures from all staff members, as part of performance management & compliance training.
-Retrieve and compile documentation necessary for worker's compensation processing in congruency with legal regulations and state policies.
