I am the type to full throttle at any opportunity given. I love to take on new task and complete to a higher standard than given. An example of this is my leadership school of 60 where I came to be a better me, it showed as I took home 2 of the 4 awards (Distiguished Graduate, Commandant Award). I managed to re-organize and re-create a safety driven unit by creating new policies and procedures. I updated shops on new Safety Data Sheets and created a policy to ensure we were osha compliant.
