Job duties: monitor pool attractions and entrance/exist gates, keeps accurate counts of the number of pool patrons entering and exiting facility, report any discrepancies to the Pool Manager on duty, complete all necessary forms for daily operation and closing procedures, enforce all posted water-slide rules; report incidents to manager on duty. Provide strict but courteous enforcement of all pool rules and regulations and provide good customer service to all pool patrons and fellow employees in the performance of duties.When I would have my cashier shift,I would make sure every customer is provided with good customer service.
