Event organization, setup, and breakdown of venues. Outside marketing to gather new vendors (beer, wine, spirits) participation and maintain past vendor relationships. Focused on providing the best experience possible for both vendors and guests alike. Creating a unique platform for guests to explore new and exciting beverages across the market. Ensuring all participants and guests follow the governing beverage laws.

Operator of CFT canning line, encompassing all daily duties on machinery. Responsible for machine setup, operation, break down, CIP, and maintenance. Quality control, ensuring all product is inspected from brewing, cellar, lab, and filler. Taking all hourly can checks using a micrometer and a microscope, seamer photos. Working alongside the lab to continually decrease the product's dissolved oxygen content. Troubleshooting all machinery across the line such as pack tech, west rock case packer, X-ray machine, date coder, and depalletizer. Operator of Lambrechts keg filling and sanitization machinery. Responsible for machine setup, operation, breakdown, CIP, and maintenance. Knowledge of various styles and sizes of kegs used on a daily basis. Meeting daily production requirements while also supplying additional cleaned kegs for various brewing locations. Troubleshooting logistics and keeping all necessary production supplies in stock. Helping train new staff on daily procedures and machinery.
