• As a Consumer Loan Officer, I am involved in nearly every aspect of the loan process. I monitor a phone queue where we answer any general inquiries and take applications. From there, we facilitate the application process, present it to underwriting, and then relay the decision back to the member. If approved, we will relay the necessary steps and conditions, and ensure those are fulfilled. This is usually done in a very fast paced and hectic environment, so being able to quickly switch gears and wear many hats is a necessary skill for the job.

• Loaded trucks on the morning shift with the rest of the team

• Picked and packed customer orders from warehouse. Loaded palettes with orders and labeled orders according to destination.

Opened the gym 1-2 times a week during this past school year. Processed any purchases customers had and kept the gym clean and neat.

Basic skills in pipe fitting. Worked under various foreman and fellow laborers on various projects and job sites. Did this for summer work after I graduated in 2018 and for summer work for 2019 after my freshman year of college.

Laborer on a paving crew for 2 summers for my sophomore and junior years of highschool. Learned to do the handwork involved with demolition and installation of new driveways/parking lots. Learned how to operate an asphalt roller.

Completed and fulfilled grain and fertilizer orders from customers.

Packed grain or fertilizer bags on to palate and loaded the palate on either customer vehicle or company vehicle. Learned basic operations on a forklift.
