Responsible for performing general and emergency repairs to all main plant and electrical equipment. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, motors, electrical disconnects, transformers, relays, telephones, lights, air-conditioning units, ovens, Autoclaves, hydraulic Presses, mills, lathes, data recorders, thermostats, timers, and pumping systems.

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs for industrial equipment, analyze technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis
• Was personally in charge of maintaining around 65 different machines every day.

• Kept supplies in sufficient stock by assessing inventory levels and reporting lower stock items.
• Followed proper handling and sanitation procedures to comply with food safety standards and protocols.
• Learned other teammates' work tasks to train as backup.
• Sanitized dining ware and kitchen equipment according to health code standards.
• Made food according to standard recipes with requested changes for customer satisfaction.
