I am a software engineer with extensive experience, focusing on writing user services and utilities. Since starting at GE Appliances, I created an automated test management platform and a tailored testing framework, significantly improving operational efficiency and accuracy. Also, I am skilled in conflict resolution and fostering team collaboration by meeting with team leaders to discuss the areas of their workflow that can be reduced, optimized, or automated.
