Brought excellent relating and communication skills to grow relationships with each of the residents. Impacting their experiences at Olivet by making them feel that each resident belonged there. • Teamwork - Worked with a team of 4-6 people as a laundry worker. Created the 2024 ONU Triathlon. 10+ Intramural teams
• Communication -Effectively communicating with employees to assist each other in tasks. Communicating with my high school basketball teammates to ensure we are working as a team. Being able to listen and communicate with my teammates to improve us as a team.
• Organization -Building the ONU Triathlon with a team. Organized the marketing and sales of T-shirts, registration, and branding.
• Time Management - Using my time wisely to be as productive as possible in the limited time I had. I had to complete tasks in a short amount of time so other employees could complete their tasks. As an athlete in high school, I was able to find ways to balance school and basketball in an effective manner.
• Leadership - Being on a high school basketball team helped me grow as a leader. Playing basketball on a team setting helped me understand the importance of leading other people and guiding them.
• Adaptability - As an athlete in high school, you learn to adapt to the pressure of away games. Remaining calm in clutch moments in the games. Being able to adapt to high pressure moments is an effective skill in the workforce. Which correlates with my time management as the pressure of finishing tasks in a limited time. Adapted to the ONU Triathlon budget of 250$. T-shirts costed more than budget so as a team we adapted and came up with a sponsoring idea for the T-shirts.

Excel certified

Experienced with over 10+ teams across 5 different sports. Each game leaving it all out on the line and being vocal to my teammates. Pushing myself each day in CrossFit to better myself physically and mentally.
