I joined Mister Sparky on a recommendation from a friend, when I joined in June they had 5 service trucks, 0 salespeople, 4 Technicians, an installer and an apprentice and a monthly shop goal of $220,000. In my first month i sold $162,000 and doubled shop revenue, today they have 13 service trucks, 4 salespeople, 3 technicians, 6 installers and 3 apprentices and a monthly shop goal of $480,000. I've enjoyed my time here but a majority of the calls we run are Angie's Lists & Outbounds and it's grinding me down. Furthermore I've trained the other guys how to do proper sales which has resulted in food being taken off my plate. I'm realistically just looking fo a company can the provide me with 5+ opportunities a week, and with that I can prove my worth.
