Colton Cerveny

As a senior in high school, I was hired as a paraprofessional for the third-fifth grade elementary students in Ashland. Throughout the year I worked with lots of kids, most specifically kids with learning challenges. I performed duties such as reading with the kids, assisting with homework, and even helping out at recess.

Throughout the summer, a friend and I started our own business called DJ's Services. We did all sorts of work, including staining decks, power washing, car detailing, and yard work. We did very well and made lots of great connections within our community and surrounding communities.
