Colton Janecke

Lawton,MI

Summary

Hello, my name is Colton Janecke. Thank you for taking the time to review my resume; I sincerely appreciate it. Here's a brief overview of my work history and a bit about me. For the past two years, I've been employed at the Van Buren Intermediate School District, where I was specifically hired for Lawton Community Schools in July 2022. In my current role as an IT Support Specialist, I assist and troubleshoot technology used by staff and students on a daily basis. This includes repairing Chromebooks and teacher desktops, maintaining an asset management console, supporting and updating user accounts in Google Admin Console and Active Directory, troubleshooting A/V equipment, and deploying software. Providing excellent customer service is my utmost priority, and I prioritize effective communication in all interactions. Prior to my current position, I worked as a full-time custodian at Mattawan Consolidated Schools for five years. Additionally, I gained experience as a part-time barista at BiggBy Coffee during the summer of 2019. Outside of work, I'm a student at Western Governors University studying Information Technology. I'm also passionate about photography, which I have been practicing for five years. Thanks again for reviewing my resume.
