- My most challenging and rewarding project being a 3,500 square foot remodel / addition project I took over as the de facto contractor after the homeowners fired their original contractor.
- Lead and managed an existing crew of at times up to 10 including carpenters, tile installer, exterior finish crew, electricians, plumbers, painter, hand rail installer, including a weekend worker when I was not present. I also managed and helped guide the clients and their parents through this extremely challenging project.
- Gained the confidence and trust of the homeowners which was not an easy task in this case!
- Helped the homeowners navigate and remove existing sub-contractors they had hired whose work and attitude was terrible at best.
- Managed all existing remaining sub-contractors including but not limited to electricians, plumbers, hvac, insulation, exterior finish crew whom we fired, hand rail installers and painter.

- Met with John Rodkey, Owner of JMR Inspections who hired me on the assumption of my enrolling in the AHIT - American Home Inspector Training class and passing its' final exam, which I did.
- "Shadowed" 25 Real Estate Home Inspections as per the State requirements
- Passed the National Home Inspector Exam enabling to become licensed as an Associate Real Estate Home Inspector.
- Performed roughly 25 more inspections as a paid employee of JMR Inspections, but ultimately left the company as it was not enough income as an Associate for my wife and I to pay our mortgage and other life's bills.
- Real Estate Home Inspections include but are not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Systems, Presence or lack there of mold, Structural Analysis, Water management and existing conditions, Roof assessment, Structural Integrity of foundations among many more tasks.
