During high school I was a assistant manager at a restaurant called the wing wagon. I assisted with food deliveries making sure we had the correct product and correct quantity to make sure the restaurant could function properly. I helped train new employees making sure they all received the proper instruction and technique to do their jobs correctly. I helped with the scheduling of the employees to help give them more work time or days off when needed. After my time at the wing wagon i started doing appraisal work for legacy claims. I'm skilled with communicating with clients in working within their schedules to inspect their vehicle at their most convenience time. I help the client understand the process and time span everything should take for when their vehicle can be repaired and returned to them. During my time doing this job i also started to complete a school for appraisers called IApath. I have graduated the course showing i am a certified appraiser and that i have a great understanding of the technology and software needed to correctly asses and write the damage for the vehicle i am inspecting. I have been working for legacy claims for about two years now and will continue in the future to further my skills and experience of the job.
