Preparation and attending to the nightly banquet style dinner service in the academy dining hall. Properly Setting dining room for 250 students with formal place settings, fresh water and flowers. Preparing and attending the salad bar and grab and go items. Clearing and breaking down after dinner service.

Dish room assistance when needed Regular temperature checks and monitoring for safe handling. Regularly putting away stock taking Inventory and Sweeping mopping and securly locking facilities at the end of shift.
