Recruit and develop junior college level players, aged 17-21.

In charge of a pitching staff of 18 pitchers.

Develop practice plan, and bullpen schedule for pitchers.

Create and implement a pitching workout routine which involves, lifting, stretching/flexibility, and recovery.

In charge of our kids camps in the winter and summer, where we focus on the basic fundamentals of the game; we usually see between 75-100 campers.

Call all pitches during game day along with having a hand in mound visits and pitching changes.

Manage and develop a roster of 16 High school/College baseball players ages 16-19.

Make all lineup and game day decisions.

Schedule practices and games, which includes field time and scheduling umpires.

Develop baseball fundamentals and on field knowledge.

Develop and follow routes to deliver supply to each location.

Load and Unload supplies.

Pick up supply each night for next day delivery.

Follow a designed route and deliver/pick up packages.

Load and unload packages from trucks and semis.

Handle oversized packages (75+ pounds) and drive a train around the warehouse to get each oversized package to its truck.

Park and shift every semi truck that came into the yard at night, and back it onto its dock door.
