I am a young, energetic, independent worker. My work experience spans 8 years. I am consistently recognized by peers and managers for going above and beyond job requirements.
Resolving various IT-related tickets around the resort at the hotel, golf course, equestrian center, general store, town hall, restaurant, water plant, and bakery that are all owned by Lajitas Golf Resort. While also documenting tickets and building our knowledge base. As well as improving the resort by installing new cameras, access points, new office setups, IDF closets, and more. My duties have also included repairing or replacing legacy equipment, such as analog phones. I have also assisted with a complete system switchover when the resort was changing management systems.
I installed and helped install water heaters, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals and other appliances. I do some installation by myself, and I can install all of the things listed above by myself, and have done so on multiple occasions. I have to interact with customers on a daily basis as I am in their houses. I also usually drive 100+ miles a day because we install for Lowes, and Home Depot in many different locations.
Some serving experience, manual labor for projects on bettering the resort, gave lake tours, ran the reservation system in the office, greet customers, train customers on boat operation, docking boats, boat maintenance, housekeeping, and worked independently at closing boat house ( I worked here only seasonally April-October for 4 seasons)
Started as general laborer packaging croissant's, got promoted to operator (operating the machinery to make sure the dough for the croissant's was within quality specifications) after 2 months, then got promoted to a line lead (managing a smaller team) after 2 more months, and I did that for 3 months, but I was covering for the line lead who was sick for the 2 months prior (as well as doing the operator job) so I managed for a total of 5 months
Gave interpretive tours, worked in the gift shop (this was seasonal work and I only worked there for April-September for 2 seasons)
