My approach to recruitment is to actively listen. My candidates are not simply a product of a transaction; my work is someone's career. I do not believe in hard selling; if I have to push, it is probably not a fit.
To my clients, I am a great deal more than someone who sends resumes. My goal is to establish and maintain long-term partnerships. By acting as a direct extension of my client's ability to find and attract the 'best of the best,' I can achieve this goal.
I build relationships by getting to know more than just a job description or resume. By prioritizing the partnership over the placement, I focus more on what is in the best interest of the candidates and the companies I represent, rather than solely on making a placement.
