Club4Fitness is a nationwide commercial gym mainly located in the south. As a front desk associate, I was in charge of selling memberships at the front as well as doing some occasional cleaning of the gym. From March 2023 until July 2023 I was the top salesman of the McKinney location achieving the best sales numbers. Skills learned from Club4:

• Utilized sales techniques and strategies to build customer relationships and close sales, resulting in an increase in sales performance for the gym.
• Demonstrated time management abilities by juggling the completion of daily cleaning duties while simultaneously attending to the needs of multiple members and potential members at once.
• Acquired proficiency in using professional-grade cleaning equipment for maintaining cleanliness of the facility including gym floors, locker rooms, and various amenities.

I was a sports official, or umpire, for little league baseball. I worked with kids aged 6-16 and did all different levels of skill. Skills learned from Umpiring:

• Stayed composed and professional in high-pressure and emotionally-charged situations with coaches, players and fans.
• Explained and taught regulations and rules to players and coaches.
• Navigated difficult situations using effective communication and explanation of game rules.
• Maintained a professional demeanor even during challenging and confrontational situations
