Connor Patterson

I am industrious, driven, and thrive on competition in all my endeavors. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, I bring a background of collegiate baseball, having been a starter for three years at Barton College. As a team captain during my final year of college athletics, I honed leadership skills, motivating my team toward victory. Passion and enthusiasm are my trademarks, spreading joy and charisma wherever I am. Whether in academia or the professional realm, I consistently exceed company expectations and prioritize building connections without ever burning bridges.

I served as a three-year starter at Barton College, where I also took on the role of team captain. In this leadership capacity, I not only led but also motivated the team, instilling in them the determination to succeed. My responsibilities included early morning weightlifting sessions and rigorous three-hour practices Monday through Friday.
