Junior Systems Engineer
3 Months- Monitor very heavily over 600 beacons across all our sites that have direct ties with worldwide events
- If one of our beacons is alarmed immediate action is taken to get the beacon working again via Linux as it is very critical to make sure all beacons are operating correctly at all times
- Perform correct Linux commands for the certain problem at task when fixing a beacon to make sure we dont disrupt what's going on through the beacons or shut them down ourselves
Hardware/Software Technician
2 Years 2 Months- Provides direct technical support to the Executive Communication Unit, ensuring seamless operation of communication systems for senior leadership.
- Prepares, configures, and maintains secure laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and communication kits for executive travel and high-priority events.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, VTC and network issues in real time during executive briefings and mission-critical operations.
