- Maritime Consultant under the American embassy in Penghu, Taiwan. Improving Special Operations knowledge and tactics.
- Unit Lead, Cell led in the first ever Special Boat Detachment to train Taiwanese Special Forces, consisting of over 100 operators. In charge of training schedule, timelines, layout, team dynamics and clandestine movements.
