As a monetization integrity specialist, I monitor advertisments coming on to a popular social media platform. There is a long check list ads must go through before being cleared to run. I pay great attention to detail and look for possible indicators that an advertisement may be a company policy. Upon finding a violation. I then label the violation one of many policy label(s) and often must submit the advertiser to be punished by the automated system. In my position I work various workflows. Though the function of my job is similar in each workflow the type of advertisement could vary greatly. In my role I have learned a large amount of company policy and continually make changes based on up to date protocol. In 2023 I reviewed just over fifty thousand unique advertisements. Or roughly one thousand advertisements a week.

In this role I was working on sensitive material being uploaded to a popular social media website- YouTube. It was important to maintain composure. In this role I used critical thinking and attention to detail reviewing content against existing policy.
