W Midtown has 466 guestrooms, 42,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a restaurant, 2 bars, a pool, and a spa. Central Plant for city block of 14th and Piedmont. Managed a team of 15. Central Plant is a 13,300 sq. ft. Facility that provides superheated and chilled water for the Colony Square complex. Heating output of 96,880,000 BTU, cooling capacity of 4,650 tons. The plant was built in 1972/73 and has some original equipment and some upgraded equipment.

Managed a team of 6, overseeing preventative maintenance projects, and day-to-day engineering duties.
