• Developed engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse skill levels and age groups.
• Monitored participant progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Facilitated safe and inclusive environments during all sports activities and events.

-Teachers would recommend certain children with a lack of English skills, and they would come to us.

-At our afterschool program, (Yreads) we helped children get on grade level with aspects such as vocabulary, phonics, literature and comprehension.

-1 on 1 work with kids.

-Year long program, running M-TH, 2-5 pm.
